How long does it take to process my order?
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Where do US orders ship from?
US orders ship directly from our USA fulfillment center, ensuring faster delivery times and no international customs delays. Standard delivery is 5–7 business days and expedited is 2–4 business days from the date of shipment.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use the link in the email to track your shipment in real time through the carrier's website (UPS, FedEx, or DHL depending on your location and method).
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — Portho Nutrients ships internationally from our India fulfillment center. Standard international delivery is 7–15 business days and express is 5–8 business days. Please note that customs duties and import taxes, if applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient and are charged by your country's customs authority.
What happens if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please contact us immediately at help.porthonutrients@gmail.com if you notice an error in your shipping address. We can update it if the order has not yet been processed. Once an order has been shipped, Portho Nutrients is not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
